If you received a 5071 Letter

      If you received a 5071 letter it gives you a few options to either call or go to the website. I called this morning and they couldn’t see anything that I completed it online so I had to call the number and verify over the phone. Afterwards she said she would enter the codes on my transcripts and would update overnight to be processed. May take 9 weeks but have seen as little as two weeks. Anyone else went through this? What was your experience and how long did it take you to update?

          Same thing here. I verified online on the 12th and last Friday nobody could see anything, so I called the verification line and did it with a rep. Called back again yesterday, and she saw it had gone through on the 22nd. Transcript is blank, WMR has 9001.

            Yes first time this year. Hope it update this weekend.. Its been a week so far.. Did it feb 20th.. Still is gone… It is being processed!! Good luck!! And I did it on phone…
