I have tax topic 201 but says I’m still getting part of my refund. DDD is for today with net spend card but nothing yet. Called net spend and no pending deposit..wth is going on!?!

Everyone go back to your Where’s My Refund site and see what your tax topic number is. If you have a 201 or 203 your refund may be getting reduced or taken because of an offset. I have Netspend sitting around waiting like you all but I have tax topic 203 so I know it’s a huge chance I’ll get none of my refund.

I look up my past year’s ddd check about 430pm to 7pm tonight i live in Oklahoma and good thing about netspend they sens u a text when u get it

I file on turbo on Jan 25 got accepted on 28 with eic got my State on Feb 4th at 2pm. Now waiting for fed

In the past it always been on my netspend card 2days before hopefully with the delay this year it will be on there Sunday night

@kyle I’ve always planned a beach trip around when I get my return. I only have one 3 day weekend which is this weekend for a couple months since I work in the school system. But ours didn’t come through. I was accepted 1/28 and thought for sure I would have had it by now. :'( at least our kids understand I can’t control it. We could still go but I want to have that little bit extra spending money to make the most of our short trip hehe.

Thank You! I hope you and everyone else is gets their refund earlier than anticipated. I have always been able to file free, so I don’t have fees to worry about either. Now it is just a waiting game. The ideal thing to happen would be to get a deposit before having to pick the rental up tomorrow morning. :)

Hey guys, so my transcript updated with an 846 code and it says:

846 Refund issued 02-27-2019. Then the amount

Does this mean I’ll get it the 27th?

I think you will be good Kyle and hopefully have an awesome vacation! I don’t have fees coming out so I know that can affect the timing. A ton of us who hadnt seen any movement updated last night on the transcript side, and we will see a WMR update tomorrow morning.

It means that your refund is approved and ready for release. You will have your deposit before 2/27. Like I said, last year I got mine at 4:45pm CST the day that I moved to 846. I have never received my refund less than 2 days before my DDD using NetSpend. I have also never had fees taken out so be aware of that if you are paying fees with your return.

That is good to know, I cannot access my transcripts so I am hoping this is the case for me considering my family and I are supposed to be leaving out on sunday for our yearly family vacation. i already took my vacation time and set up the car rental, but if this doesn’t come then we will be in an bind. fingers crossed for everyone here that has not gotten a DDD yet, that it will either update tonight or deposit tonight.

I just moved to 846 this morning and have netspend. Last year I got my deposit the same Friday I moved to 846 in the afternoon. Year before that I got it Sunday night before my Wednesday DDD. Here is to hoping it will be speedy this year!

filed 1/28, no DDD yet. cannot access transcripts. I have always gotten my refund on the 16th of feb onto my netspend card. called the IRS yesterday and the rep flat out refused to even look at my account, just spouted the standard messaged that everyone online is given. I am so done with the waiting and the not knowing, hoping for an update over night tonight.
