      Hey guys! I files early and got early acceptance. I claim an EITC and an ACTC. After acceptance on 1/18, wmr was saying the famous one liner about you should recieve your refund in 21 days…blah..standard message. This morning wmr changed to this

      “if you filed a complete and accurate tax return you should recieve a refund in 21 days. Processing may take longer in certain circumstances” followed by tax topic 152

      I was wondering if anyone else had gotten this message..maybe this is where they are going to leave our tax returns until Feb. 15??? Any thoughts?

          I have the same message and I don’t have EIC or ACTC but I do have the regular $1,000 CTC. I filed on 1/26/17 and I still can’t order my return transcript. Hopefully we’ll all get updates this weekend.

            I have the same message and I don’t qualify for EIC or ACTC but I did have the $1,000 CTC. Hopefully we’ll all see updates this weekend. I still can’t order my return transcript.

              the path law still applies if you claimed eic or actc doesn’t matter if you are a early filer or not. People who filed in feburary have the path act message.

              I filed 1/28 i have this message. It hasn’t updated for me yet hopefully it will thia weekend.

                  Since you’re not considered “an early filer” the path act message wouldn’t apply so I agree that’s probably yalls version.

                    @Stacie

                    Since you claimed both credits you SHOULD have the PATH Act message
