      When I try to get my transcripts I get this message. “We cannot process your transcript request. Please contact the Identity Protection Specialized Unit (IPSU) at 800-908-4490”

      I called twice and both times told I have no IPSU issues. That my return has been received and approved but not processed. That it’s the reason I get that error message.

      ANYONE else have the same issue?

            that means that it hasnt been processed or approved yet and that it only has been recieved. I had the same error message i ended up having to call a tax advoccate. because I am still stuck in processing and I hit my 21 day mark today. Good luck!
