      Anyone have trouble accessing their IP PIN # online? Jumped thru a thousand hoops then the last step was asking for my phone number. When I entered it they said it’s not acceptable bcuz it’s a Metro PCS and considered a prepaid phone so my pin couldn’t be retrieved. HELP!

            This same thing happened to my sister, she called the irs and they are mailing her the pin she needs,rep told her it would take up to 21 days, she called 2/2 still hasn’t received it. I think she’ll get it this coming week but idk.
