Identity flag,no bars,resequenced

so i filed on 2/2 got rejected due to my spouses last name not being changed yet,so mismatched ss with name,fixed it and resent next morning ,got accepted that day on 2/3……………all bars dissapeared,tax topic was there,refund amount there,week later i try to get transcripts,couldnt,had to call identity thing,said there was a flag on my account that had nothing written on it,said it was there since last december 4th,for no reason,they put a ticket in to have it removed and said it had no bearing on my refund. Next day refund amount and tax topic dissapeared,week later called irs,said keep waiting and that my accepted date was the 9th not the 3rd,finally i call yesterday and was told i got resequenced and was accepted on the 9th,and that there is now a flag on my refund for “possible identity theft” and that ill either see a update this week,or ill be unlucky and have to wait 6=8 weeks for resolution. I was told that since i got rejected the first time due to the ssn issue that it flagged my refund and is why it got resequenced. Anyone else gone threw this scenerio ?
