      Is it possible? I tried calling yesterday and they asked me for the control number on the letter, which I didn’t have. Is there a way to bypass that or am I stuck waiting 2 weeks? UGH

          micheal patel when they tell you you have to verify when you call an agent, but they said a letter hasnt been sent out and they were going to send it to my old address, you find ways to get stuff done, and it did for me, im verified and good now, how is that idiotic, idiotic would be to say something complete unhelpful like

          i hate to say it ….but anyone who tries to id verify without a letter is a complete idiot.

          try to help or shut the frack up

              @J B welp that didn’t work :( i verified all my info and she got to the end and asked for the control number and I said it got wet by coffee. and she said i need the number

                LOL i forgot got add that i did end up getting verified and now i just gotta wait they said 9 weeks but last year it was only 1 or 2 weeks

                    tell them you got a 5071c but you accidently spilled coffee on it and cant read the control number worked for me
