      I want to be prepared they just told me i have to call to id verify. She told me to have my return from 2015-2015 and w2’s . I want to know if I can do it online or is better to call?

          I was told to call but I waited on two lengthy holds so I verified online. It allowed me to and read that my return would begin processing again. The recording while you wait says to have both returns ready but all they do is ask you questions to verify you are you as they do online. Questions only you would know the answers to.
