ID verify and stimulus issues

So I’m currently waiting on the letter from IRS with authorization code to complete my ID verify because my phone number isnt associated with my name.
My question is, since I haven’t completed my ID verify and didn’t file in 2018 will I still get my stimulus check to the bank account on my refund? Anybody know anything about this been waiting almost 2 weeks for that letter from IRS. Thanks

Dear IRS thanks for not processing my 2019 tax return and in processing not using my account info on my 2019 return and depositing the impact payment in my 2018 closed account, much appreciated I’ll see a check in September-but hey maybe now you can actually process my return that’s been over two month

I use Id# every year and wouldn’t take my info tried husbands info and worked logged back out and put my info in and out bank info came up.

Dang my get my payment says no information available this morning….smh well hopefully I get my letter today

Even IF the delay in IDV delays your economic impact payment for a couple of weeks or a couple of months, you’ll still get it. It will be available for the rest of the year, and it’s actually an advance of a tax credit on next year’s tax filing.

Im in the same boat, I even got the 5071C letter but can’t do it online without a current loan or CC, and all their IDV phones are down.
