      Does anybody know how long it takes for 5071c letter to come in the mail talked the IRS on the phone and found out my refund on hold because I have to ID verify

            Good luck. I was told by the irs that they sent my letter in the mail Wednesday. I still havent gotten it. And i cant verify online i have to go in. Tried to make an appointment… says none available till mid april.
