      I received a letter stating I had to verify my id in order for them to process my returns. I called Friday the 15th and was told I would have to wait up to 9 weeks. My status on wmr gave the message “we cannot provide any info…” As of this morning wmr updated with a ddd of feb 27. You do not have to wait 9 weeks.

      Accepted: Jan 22
      Lost bars: Feb 1 ( we cannot provide info…)
      Recieved letter and called: Feb 15
      Approved: Feb 23
