      Is there a way to tell if you need to id verify Without calling And sitting on hold forever. I hear many people saying they have code 570 or whatever that need to on their transcripts. I don’t have that code.

          Since I’m able to see my transcripts I’m just one of those special people that got pulled for a “random review”?

            The way I knew I needed to verify my identity was because when I attempted to retreive my transcripts and it said to contact identity protection unit
