      Good morning fellow refund watchers! Anyone else having issues with ID.me? I can’t get it to verify my account. I’ve tried several times and it says unable to verify.. I guess my next option is to do a video call with them, but I though I’d check here to see if anyone else is having this issue. None of my information has changed, name, address, email etc. Please help! Thank you!

          yeah after they take 2 to 3 days to reach back to you after checking your info sent to them. i’m still awaiting for an email. All these people are in on this transcript deception working for the IRS even on this site and others posting all this stuff about transcripts trying to get folk to sign up being forced to have to send in info to irs tricking us

            OK I selected the video call option. It takes me through the pictures of my ID and phone number, then says I can’t be verified. It doesn’t take me to a video call or offer an option.. How do you get a video call?

              Had the same exact issue, did video verification and it was quick and easy.

                I had to do the video call, it was quick and simple. Right afterwards I was able to log in.
