      Hi ,

      First off Happy Valentine’s Day 💜

      Now , I’m new to this and I am a lil confused ! lol I ordered my account trans yesterday and now today I could order my return trans ?! What does mean ? My firmed told me to try and order that ? And I don’t even know why ? lol I currently have no bars on wmr and no path message yet ? But we claimed the extra child credit one . I’m sorry I don’t know the lingo for all this tax stuff .

      I have the tax topic 152 , no letters from IRS and field the 30th of Jan . Paid h and r block fees paid upfront .

      Any info is greatly appreciated !!!!

          If you hadn’t claimed any of the credits that are slowing things down, the fact that your transcripts are available mean your return is done processing and you should expect a DD date showing up soon. But, since you did claim one of the credits, it really means the IRS will release your refund no sooner than the 16th with no promises on the exact date other than “by the 27th”. There was a recent press release that says the following:

          Where’s My Refund?” Begins Updating Feb. 16 for EITC and ACTC Filers

          By law, the IRS must hold Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit refunds until Feb. 15. Taxpayers will begin to see refunds claiming EITC/ACTC the week of Feb. 27. “Where’s My Refund?” will update for EITC/ACTC refunds beginning Feb. 16, with the vast majority updating by Feb. 18.
