I have lost hope.

I filed my taxes 1/30 accepted the same day. On 2/14 my wmr bars were gone. Called them on February 21. Said they needed my 1095a and 8962. Did that and faxed it 2/22. Nothing going on. No updates or anything. On 3/11 called to verify faxed received man on the phone says yes and it could take 6 weeks from 2/22. Ok well looked 3/14. I had my tt 152 but amount was gone. Come Sunday 3/15 the amount was back and it 152 was gone and it was back to saying your refund is STILL BEING PROCESSED. Today still thing. Nothing. Called again and the man said it was refiled on 3/13 and that’s probably why I had the tt 152. Didnt appears to be anything wrong but I would have to wait 21 days after 3/13 to find out. I am to the point of tears with this. I have never had an issue in the many years I have filed. Now I am about to lose my house there is an issue.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for us both. A girl I work with says she has the same message. Still Processing but she has her tt152 said hers never went away just her bars.

@Jesse2576, my understanding is that TC 846 indicates an approved refund, and the date that follows it is when you should expect a DD. Congrats! Give glory to God!

I’ve lost hope as well. Filed 2/1, didn’t get a letter until 3/3 saying to fax in forms 8962/1095-a because TurboTax didn’t ask or guide us to fill out information about medical insurance. I called them today to see if this crisis will delay processing time and they don’t know, but the rep was able to tell me that they have received my fax 3/4 and that they’re working on it. He also asked me To not call back until 8 weeks timeframe is up. 2020 is gonna be a year to remember smh

To the positive side mortgage companies and banks are not allowed to foreclosure or evict right now. At least 90 days if I lead the bull correctly. Stay positive.

Thanks girl. They said that I may only see movement on Saturday mornings. So maybe tomorrow. With people being out of work we need this more than ever to pay the Bill’s

Girl dont lose hope!!! I ALMOST fell to pieces but not seeing anything doesnt mean we wont see anything soon..refiled means today marks our first week…which i didnt think about… most refunds come back in 14 days… we have already waited this long.. whats 7 more days… feed of my energy!… we got this!!
