      Ok so I have a DDD 2/23 I filed 2/14 with TurboTax accepted same day my WMR is on bar 2 but when I try to put my info in with the sbbt website it says it can’t find my account is this because I used the free version so I didn’t have anything taken out?

          Same to you. Seems those with kids got screwed this year. I understand it but it seems as though these middleman banks for those who can’t afford to pay in advance took advantage this year. Hope you update soon!

              I called and they told me that nothing was received. Is that true? Could the IRS not have sent it?

                @Jeff SBTPG is in California, so PST. It may still update today. maybe give them a call, just to be sure ? Good luck !

                  I have a DDD of 2/23. Filed with JH fees being taken from SBTPG but as of 738pm EST on 2/22 their site still shows nothing received from IRS. Should I be concerned? WMR still has two bars.

                        Yes-SBTPG is only for those that had to pay fees and had them taken out of their refunds rather than pay for them upfront. If you had no fees, you need to follow WMR and or call IRS for info.
