I Can’t Check My Return!

They wmr site is saying that I may have entered my information wrong, but I have checked it the same way since I filed on 1/31 accepted 1/31 updated on 2/9 is when this all started for me 😩😫

@smkillion same here change your filing status to single on wmr and see if it’ll let you in.

I keep getting cannot provide info must wait 24hrs after accepted but i was accepted 28th jan.I just wish i knew something but no bars and stupid message

Did you file a joint return, by any chance? This happened to me. I filed joint, everything was working okay, then all of a sudden it said my information was incorrect. Tried it with Single, and it pulled up my status, but without bars, just that it’s being processed. Everything was good with my husband’s SSN.

I called the IRS and they said it’s likely just a glitch, nothing looks out of place.

Angel I had the same problem looked it up for some reason a lot of us got caught in a glitch if you filed head of household they changing it to single on the where’s my refund site and it should let you in

Can u access your trans online ? Maybe you can get a better idea of what’s going on ? You said you updated on 2/9 ? What was the update too ?
