I have a felling there is NO error resolution dept my gut feeling is that the reps made up something to tell us. It’s a bull shit excuse. This is the IRS were talking about! For them to say it’s a ERROR that’s going to fix itself. I call the bull S$%*T CARD If we truly had any kind of error we’d know about it as soon as we filed or it would of never got accepted. Thats my true gut feeling. Them pushing back filling date screwed them and they can’t say anything on a recorded line

In reading everyone’s post recently I noticed IRS reps are being kinder on the phone this week. I believe it is due to a post about an article that they responded to in reference to the delays. Which IRS says no more than usual. I agree that every year there is is a group of people for whatever reason that get stuck in this delayed mess. We all know IRS is not transparent. That is obvious.

It is BS. I got told this yesterday and I decided to torture myself by seeing if my 2020 transcripts where there. And they were!! I filed 1/28 and got accepted 2/12. TT also mistakenly put a rebate amount on line 30 for me. So definitely be looking out for the 2020 transcript update. Praying that everyone has great news before or on Friday.

@ rikat I filed with turbo tax and I had a error on my taxes and it was still accepted by tt and irs the irs accepts it after they check to make sure names and ss numbers are right and make sure you or your dependents were not claimed on anyone else’s taxes then they accept it so they don’t know if there are any errors until they start processing your return
