HRBLOCK taxes deleted!?!

I filed with HRBLOCK 1/31 accepted 2/10. Just got my state refund in the mail with HRBLOCK fees taken out. Wmr says one bar, transcripts N/A.. but I just went on my HRBLOCK app and my taxes are completely gone it’s telling me to put in my info. And on the website it is the same. HRBLOCK tracker won’t even pull up my info anymore!?!? What’s going on????

I got the same thing. My transcript has updated with a DDD of 3/1, so I’m sure it’s just some issue with it updating on H&R Block’s end

This is weird. I woke up at 11:58pm (im in GA. Its 12:51am here right now) and checked my HRBlock account via the app. Everything was there still the same!! Now its 12:51am and EVERYTHING is gone. Doesn’t even find my taxes when I use the HRBlock tracker!!! Maybe this is good!! Maybe today is our day and its updating with payments

I’m sorry that I’m not much help but what is this refund tracker your talking about? Is it just the one that tells you that you went from efiled to accepted?

Im having issues too. It still says I filed, but the refund amount changed and it doesn’t say that im accepted anymore
