Filed my state on 2/5 and had been “pending” ever since. I have called Minnesota Department of Revenue each week to see if they have received it and talked to an actual representative. They have stated they never received anything what so ever. I have also chatted with HRBlock, and their response was always to just wait. Today I talked with them, and a representative asked if it was OK to look at my return, I said sure, and within 5 minutes it was now rejected by the state. How miraculous, right? It’s like they never actually sent it in in the first place. Essentially, it appears that they have a huge fault in their system and it isn’t sending in state refunds correctly. They also refused to refund me any of the money I paid them for their services. I have now gone back and refiled, and they have recalculated a lower amount. I’ll see if it gets accepted now(or even sent). I wish I was a lawyer.

Happens a lot with Turbo and H&R Block. My clients always say they filed when I call the IRS or state they said it’s not filed. I wouldn’t ever recommend either of those.
