      Usually when I call my emerald card it said that the irs has accepted my return, then said wisconsin had accepted my return… Today when I called it said “Your 2020 refund transfer funds should be loaded onto your emerald card. The current services provided by HRBLOCK are now complete.” Then said wisconsin had accepted my return. (Which I got those funds 3 days ago” so why is it saying my federal return is complete but my transcripts still say NA and I haven’t gotten a deposit either.. so confused this year.
