People using HRBLOCK update here. DDD 2/22/22. Having fees taken out. Anyone get an early deposit?

So what you are saying use h&r block irs isn’t sending their money till 24th. But those who use chime,varo and few others irs sent theirs??? No they hold that money make interest. I owe no fees so no reason should be held.

Even if your refund is approved that does not mean they have received your money. Why are people getting mad when their refund has not been sent? A refund being approved and it being sent are two vastly different things.

Anyone else see deposits? I have ddd 2/24 use emerald card because I was told by h&r block they realease deposit soon as they get.

This is the text. I deleted the code at the end, because that link goes straight to my Tracker.

I checked it the day before and there was an update. I got the text a day later. It seems to be delayed. But yes. There is a Tracker. I’m pretty sure when u complete your taxes, it asks if u want to get texts with updates.

My DDD 2/22/22 no early deposit made , but when I call my card it’s says it will be available on 2/22/22 (this sucks)

They send me emails too. But both text and emails are a day delayed. I checked and saw an update yesterday and then today, I got the text about an update.

That’s the text. I deleted the link because that would take u straight to my info. I’m pretty sure when u file they ask if u want text messages with updates. I always say yes and enter my number.

I use HRBLOCK every year. I do direct deposit, have them take fees from refund and I looked at last year. My DDD was 3/11 and it was deposited on 3/11. I’m sure the rep just has to say that. I don’t think it’ll be 10 days. They also have a tracker that they text me, I can see that they’ve gotten my money already.

The same thing was said last year about people having to wait three or five more days after their direct deposit to get their money and everybody ended up getting there the day before or on the day of their direct deposit best topic pops up every year and people freak out for no reason. I’m sure a customer service person did tell you that that way it gives them a little room for error but I would be shocked if you have a direct deposit for Thursday if you don’t have it by Thursday

Every year I use the emerald card with HandR……they never deposit no earlier than a day……last year I got was scheduled for my refund on the 25/Thursday, but received on 24/Wednesday….being that Monday is a holiday we may have to wait til Thursday sadly…..I wish HandR would do like all the other banks and give early being they have the notification…idk why I keep using the emerald card for my refund….,🤦🤦

i was just told by an HR employee that if you got the refund advance expect a 3-5 business day delay and if you did direct deposit AND the refund advance expect up to 7-10 business day delay.. not too happy as i was told the refund advance would not affect the time frame i would receive my return
