HR Block//Emerald Card DDD 2/23

Has any one who has fees taken out & is with HR Block has a DDD of 2/23 gotten their refund yet?? I called and not even pending. Maybe tonight.. or tomorrow. So many different stories of when they deposit it. But they are with BOFI now so maybe that makes a difference? I wish I used my netspend ugh….

I will never file with hrb again!! I have been using them for years and have never had a problem. This year it seels like everyone from the office to the call center lies to get rid of you quickly. I did make a formal complaint against the manager at the office and received a call from her apologising but the call center people are just as bad. You can’t get a straight answer from any of them. Never again!!!

Don’t feel alone guys & girls. Still nothing for me either. I have only been filing since 2013 but now I remember why I used TURBO TAX. even though I still didn’t get my refund early with them, (it was because of having an actual bank account), I still didn’t have to worry about the bullcrap lies and tales. We will be some happy campers within 24-38 hours though!!

I filed at H&R block as well, I also have the DDD of Feb,23rd.2017 still haven’t heard anything back, nothing pending…? Also have an advance too,with the emerald card, very frustrating.. fingers are crossed!! Steadily checking my card faithfully on a daily.
Just would really like to hear back from someone to let me know why it is taking so long.? 😡

I have the Emerald card and also have the same ddd of 2/23. Nothing yet. I also have fees being taken out. :( this tax year stinks!!

Our funds were released last week when wmr updated to second bar or your date is 2/22-23. The ish going on with hrb right now is totally unacceptable. The call center? Unacceptable. The lies, the bull crap. I have used hrb for 20 years and have always gotten refund before the BY date. Which is right. The monies will be sent BY the date shown. BY.. NOT ON! HRB played everyone this year and it isn’t OK. And the people they have lying to us and bullcrapping us at the call center its not OK. I’m DONE with hrb. DONE.

I filed with H&R block too.
We had a coupon so I only had to pay a $35 transfer fee (i guess where we transfer the REFUND onto our emerald card?)
We also got a $500 refund advance. Its so frustrating waiting but at least we have a DDD. it does suck watching others get their money while we are waiting though. I’ve used my bank account and it was never any faster so I figured why not.

You know it’s funny how everybody gets such different answers. Full of shit. I get your deposit date isn’t until 2/23 blah blah blah… ugh.

I have the same and I do not have mine either. HR said IRS said the deposits were supposed to be sent the 17th. Frustrating
