H&R Block refund transfer

      I filed my daughters taxes and had fees taken out, so hee ddd will first go to bofi, fees taken out and then transferred on to MY amex debit. Problem is I have just found out that since her ssn is not on my account, they will reject. I have read that I can call HR block and they can change. Has anyone had any experience with this?? Her DDD IS 2/1 so I need to figure out what to do quick!

          It should still deposit. I had mine deposited on my sister’s prepaid last year, and it was fine.

            For the life of me, I cannot understand why people continue to use H&R Block. Especially after their continued muff ups the past few years. Terrible company, terrible service.

              She is an authorized user but Amex still says they will reject because she is not primary.

              I will call BOFI Tomorrow. H&R Block does not have. Clue what’s going on.

                I had this happen one year with my husband. It would be easier to just add her to the account. You can always remove her once the money is deposited but that’s going to be your best option before 2/1

                  I’ve don’t think you can change banking info once IRS has accepted. You’ll get paper check.
