HR Block RAC

So just trying to find out some information. I filed with HR Block, and utilized their RAC so prep fees would be taken out of refund. Pulled my transcript, has has cycle date of: 20150605 and code of 846, so I know I am getting the refund. No deposit this morning. WMR says: Your tax refund is scheduled to be sent to your bank by February 19, 2015.

HR Block status website says: Federal return status: Congratulations! The IRS has accepted your return and your federal taxes are complete. The IRS is currently preparing your refund. We’ll update our systems when your Refund Anticipation Check funds have been released for direct deposit.

Any idea of who I can contact or when I might get refund…
