I filed with them too. Fed accepted 27th. MY STATE JUST GOT ACCEPTED TODAY. LITERALLY JUST GOT A TEXT A FEW HOURS AGO SAYING MY STATE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
Had a horrible experience this year with them. Will be doing it myself next year. Too much money for too many headaches.

You need to call H&R Block… They haven’t sent them to the state in the first place.

I was just told by HR BLOCK that my state is being looked at by them for possible corrections needed. Federal was already accepted. Couldn’t tell me how long this will take. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

I received the email from hr block that my return was sent to the state om 1/16. still no movement. contacted the department of revenue today and was told they have not received my return. hr block is stating they can’t do anything until the return is accepted or rejected by the state. How can the state accept or reject if they don’t even have it?!? very frustrating
