HR BLOCK IS TERRIBLE!!

So finally got the email that federal has been rejected so go in follow the directions that they post and it get rejected again twice!!! They have a post up that I can refile when their mess up is fixed on or about February 5th. WTF Anyone else out there going through the same thing?

I also received the processing error from Block. Does anyone know if we can just re-file with someone else or we have to re-file with Block?

If you plan on filing with HR block and plan on claiming tuition and fees be prepared to wait they will not have form 8917 until feb 5 or later been a hell of a week trying to figure out why my e file kept getting rejected 3X finally just removed the 1098t form and it finally processed and was accepted by irs.

I’m getting the same thing from them. I figured I’ll just wait until the 6th to file. They told me if I try more than 5 times to file that my SSN will be flagged by the IRS.

Been using them for ages – never an issue.

I have used H&R block every year for 15 years no issues….I file both Fed and NYS for free with them.

The block sucks! They’re terrible and never again will I deal with them!

Was advised they have to update the system to accommodate the new tax changes and forms. Try resubmitting on or after Feb. 5th

not for me used them last 7 years never an issue , u must wasnt accurate with your tax

Just use another company like freetaxusa they don’t charge a dime to file your fed return and your state is 12.95 hr block sucks big time
