    Soconfused

      So I have a question where can I check to see if they have paid back the interest free loan and taken the fees out of the refund. I have both credits that are putting on hold. I never use a tax preparer but had some circumstances come up that I needed the loan, anyways I filed on 1/14/17 and accepted by the IRS 1/17/17 my transcripts say that I have a cycle date of 20170405 and processing date of 2/13/17, I have no 846 code on my transcripts. Any help would be great.

          Also if you do not have the refund code on your transcript that may be a problem.

            If you have EIC or ACTC nothing was processed until yesterday….or allegedly. If you will log in to My Block onthe HR Block website you will be able to see everything. I have filed with them for years and have had no issues with fees being removed and deposits being made.
