H&R Block Experience

I have been using H&R Block for many years, since the 1980s. My taxes aren’t real complicated. I used to have a lot of work related deductions which is why I began using them.

Anyway, I hear a lot of complaints from people about them so I figured I would throw in my experience with them and it’s always been hassle free, error free and affordable. I have never once experienced an issue with them from the days of visiting an office to using their software and now their website software. I am a fully satisfied customer and will continue to file my taxes with them.

Also, through all these economic impact payments they have been great at processing my payments as I haves fees deducted from my refunds and use their bank.

I’ve also been an H&R Block customer for about 6 years and have never had an issue. Also receive my DD when I’m supposed to, never had an error, and have had no issues getting my stimulus payments (I do have fees taken out). I’m happy and will continue to use them!

I have been with H&R Block for 8 years. This is the first year I have had to wait for taxes which I know is due to IRS being “so busy.” Every other year I’ve received them within 2 weeks. My stimulus is scheduled for 3/17. They have never dropped a DD early but it’s always on the date they tell me. I’ve never had any issues with them.

Yeah I turned in my taxes to them last week and they still haven’t gotten to them!!!!

Worthless outfit. They scheduled me for an appointment that I showed up for, accidental text they told me. On top of that, they could not finish my taxes. So, I came to Turbo Tax, and with an 8 hour grind, I was able to successfully complete my taxes.

HR Block wasted so much of my time and energy. WORTHLESS. I sent them a message asking them if they wanted to hire me, seeing as his I ended up being more competent than their idiot staff.
