HR Block Emerald Site&Phone Crashed

well i checked my emerald card by phone on 2/22 at about 645 est and no money then my wife decided to check online at about 715est and the site was down so i told her to call the number and the recording says that they are having tech difficulties and to try again in about 2 hours. lol we are all so thirsty for this money that were crashing everything haha. we better quit before it makes the systems take EVEN LONGER to deposit our money.

filed 1-31 accepted same day
approved about a week later
wmr updated to a DDD of 2-23 on 2-18

i have fees taken out but they got them out of my state refund since it was deposited on 2-17

hopefully its there in the morning!

  its not highjacked. if that was the case it would ask for my social and it dosent since i am using the phone that is listed on my acct
  yes it asked for it the first time but that was days ago before they updated

  It’s also asking for your FULL social security number! I would not give than over the phone after “technical issues”. What if they were hacked, and now high jacked! No reason for me to give them our full social to simply check balance of your account!

  the phone line is back on. it was down because they were updating their systems. it now has a male voice and you have to put in your full card number.
