      Hello. I filed on 1/17, accepted 1/18, approved recently and still waiting for third bar to light up
      .. so $ has not been sent to my Emerald Card yet….

                            im in New York I got the irs is depositing funds 2/23 message and last few years i always got it between 8p-10p ny time but as of 820pm NY time I still have nothing on my emerald card does anyone have anything yet

                                  i filed 2/6 accepted 2/6 DDD 2/23, I been calling Emerald card reps all day and they gave me the message that I have anticipated date of 2/27. I told her IRS says 2/23. She said that they do not see that. about 15 minutes ago when I called I got a recording that the IRS will be depositing my refund 2/23 and I will be notified once its on my card. One person on Facebook said they had 2/22 and the night before at 830pm they had funds on the card, I had that last year, fingers crossed tonight that will be the case. Also. NY Stae has processed and ameneded my refund ( I owed them $418) they said my remaining balance will be deposited 2/28 FINGERS CROSSED I will get it at least by midnight

                                    I just called the number on my emerald card and the lady informed me that the Irs has sent over the funds, they will begin to disburse refunds onto the emerald cards tonight from 7pm-12am
                                    so let’s cross our fingers we see something tonight, if not tomorrow morning for sure!!!

                                      Call the card number if you used emerald and wait until after the balance message. I just did and the automated system says a message “we have received notification from the IRS that your refund has been processed and that we will receive the funds on: FEB 23 in the amount of xxx.xx”

                                        @Carrie thanks for the info! Good to know… now just hoping my money was sent today! I have a DDD 2/23 and I woke up thinking today was the 23rd! Whoops!

                                        Ah well, hoping I see something tonight, checking account is overdrafted and I need the $$!

                                            I called the emerald card customer service a few minutes ago. They said that they are still updating their system and that the funds that are sent to them by the IRS today should be in the accounts by 7 pm-12 am tonight. The only problem is that i don’t have any idea if my refund has been sent today…so back to the waiting game I guess…DDD 2/23/17

                                              The emerald Card access on my account isn’t working. It says “there are no cards associated with this account”. I called to make sure my card is still active. It is, with a zero balance still.. 7:45am pacific time

                                                Are you guys able to log on to tbeir website. They were updatin there systems at 7 something this morning and told me to call them back in 2 hours, however I STILL am NOT able to login my account on their website
