HR BLOCK EIC 2/22 EARLY DEPOSITS TO EMERALD CARD?

Can anyone who gets their funds loaded on their Emerald Card let me know what date and time they uploaded? I’m trying to collect info for next year. Thanks in advance!

for those with no deposit yet. i have a theory some of us like myself are waiting bcuz of the amount or getting the emerald advance.
my gurl got hers at 930EST she had EIC ddd of 2/22 and refund was under a grand. ive got nothing yet filed same day as her, had EIC and ACTC, ddd of 2/22 and refunds a lot more than hers also got emerald advance. i dnt think credits should affect it at this point. i do believe having the advance could. hope for the best i guess being that the app and site are still down.

“Once the IRS releases your refund, you will receive your refund the same day we receive your refund from the IRS if you selected to have it deposited on your Emerald Card. If it is going to your personal bank account, we ask that you allow an additional 3-5 days for processing. Hope this helps! Thanks. -EJ”

Literally quoted from H&R Block Facebook. I get that the odds of having to wait 3-5 days are slim to none but there is no reason to ridicule people who have gotten their information directly from H&R Block. Just because the company contradicts itself doesn’t give anyone the right to tell people they are wrong. Everyone is right. H&R Block is telling some people 3-5 days processing time. BofI says they don’t hold. Gold stars for everyone.

Called the emerald card this morning….Message said, the IRS finalized the refund and it will be available on 2/22. Check your cards guys.

The Bank of Internet, who handles the emerald card, states on their website under FAQ that they DO NOT HOLD REFUNDS. They release them ASAP.

I can’t help but laugh at those people as well. My fees were taken from my State this year… Which I STILL RECEIVED early. Lol. I’m convinced some people talk just to talk

I Got my refund last year on my emerald card on 2/21/17 @ 1030 pm. So it was a tad bit early.

I personally get a kick out of some peps on here that say that HR Block holds returns for 3-5 days? Well my response to that statement is it’s never happened to me. I’ve been using these guys for a few years now, also something to think about is if you get approved for the emerald advance they put the funds on your card literally in 45 min to an hour. So it doesn’t sound like things “pend” to long with them. I’m just trying to help I’m not calling anyone out or attempting to be like some of these trolls that talk smack.

I’m just about 94% that those of us with a DDD of 2/22 will be happy & smiling before or by 10p EST

No.. I have emerald and of course nothing .. filed accepted the 29th..it’s been more than 21 days. I’m starting to get fucking pissed..if that shit ain’t in there tomorrow the irs is gonna get one hell of a rude phone call because I’ve been completely broke ALL MONTH waiting on this shit.. these motherfucktards need to get their act together!!!!
