How to view transcript?

      I see many people talking about they checked or looked at their transcript for refund update. However, all my spouse and I are able to view is the standard WMR info that shows the processing/date will be released/and I see no codes of any kind. Where or how are some of you able to obtain or review your transcript? Thank you for any info you can provide.

                Transcripts can be ordered via IRS website. The verification process requires a mortgage, auto loan, or some other “verifiable” way they can see if you are who you say you are.

                People saying that an “as of date”, codes “xxx” or “n/a” are referencing this transcript.

                It isn’t required, but it helps some people to get an early idea of when they’ll get a deposit date.
