      Everytime I call I have to go through the automated messages and I can’t speak to anyone it’s nearly impossible. How do I get through to someone? I’m so frustrated.

          I honestly spoke with someone and was informed i was under random id verify audit

            I fibbed n said I had xyz code he said well I can’t look it up before 21 days I said then why does it tell me to contact you he said yes contact us after the 21 days bullshit dude if that’s the case how are people calling n finding out they have to I’d verify lol

              Jonathan, I was told something similar after she put me on hold for 5-7 minutes and never even asked for my information. I’m pretty sure I was on hold for her bathroom break. She probably had to go drop a huge shit real fast then came back to my call.

                Won’t do no good. I got ahold of someone and they refused to even look. Said “We can’t pull your file until after 21 days” bullshit.
