How to enter a PO Box for transcripts by mail?

This is my first year filing with a PO BOX because I am moving and dont want anything coming to this address. I cant figure out how to type the address for it to accept it to order my transcripts by mail. It doesnt recognize my address that I used last year. Is there a certain way to write it out?

I’ve tried:
PO Box ××××××
P O Box ××××××

Am I doing something wrong? Plz help!

If they haven’t processed your return, you’ll need to use the address from your prior return for the online access. Or file the change-of-address form with IRS.

I did. It’s my p.o. box and it tells me information is incorrect

You need to use the address you put in your most current tax returns.
