Just curious How many people got PATH message but DIDNT CLAIM EIC and ACTC?
Been stuck with the PATH message since last Thursday early Friday but we didn’t claim these credit we would qualify for the way over income we did however claim 3 children but that is regular CTC not the others sounds like IRS is holding all refunds if you claimed any kind of credit we have claimed same thing for last 6 years we used our ID pin to file was already able to order both transcripts haven’t received in mail yet but maybe today anyone else NOT claiming EIC and ACTC going through the same thing????
Maybe we are just a weekly and it will update over the weekend any thoughts? ?

I got the the PATH message more then a week ago and many others from what I’m seeing on this and other forums starting to think that anyone who had any kind of credit tax credit will be hung up for awhile but I’ve also had people I know say that they already got their refund and all they claim was the child tax credit not the EIC or the ACTC so who knows I was able to order my transcripts already possibility will get them in today’s mail didn’t see any major update but not sure if that was suppose to be Friday night or Saturday night fingers crossed hoping for a change soon

@dj….I had the same thing to happen to me this morning. I only have the CTC and filed 1/26/17. I was expecting a DDD this morning and awoke to this PATH message….ugggghhhh!!

@Dj I did not get the path message but got TT 152 link. I did not claim any of the special credits, only regular CTC. I was finally able to order transcripts this morning and it shows code 846 refund issued with a cycle code of 20170605. From what I’ve been reading about cycle codes, looks like an expected DDD next Wednesday 2/15 which makes sense we always get our refund on a Wednesday. Just never had it take the full 21 days before, usually it would have showed up this past Wednesday since i filed on 1/23. Have you tried pulling transcripts? It finally gave me some piece of mind.
