      I filed IS with my return on March 28th. I know it takes longer to process and receive when you file IS, but how generally, how long does it take before I receive my return? It’s been 5 weeks now. If I haven’t received it in 8 weeks should I call for a status? It’s such a pain to call them!

          We filed is form the end of Feb but have not heard anything at all who do u call to find out if they even received the form?

            yeah…you have a wait in front of you .
            it takes 11 weeks ONCE they receive it which can take up to 4 weeks . last year we filed I’m Feb and didn’t recieve refund until July .

            it’s a nightmare and it gets worse every year .
            they often will make you wait over 11 weeks then put you into another 30 day ” referral “.
            good luck . be patient and I wouldn’t even attempt to call before 11 weeks.
