      I’ve been waiting over 2 hours.

          Called yesterday and waited about 45 minutes, but she was no help. Said they stopped working on all cases that were sent to Errors dept. the day before. She refused to answer anything and put me back in queue to regular accounts.

            20 minutes but they didn’t even pull up my account. They offered no help.
