How long after sbtpg takes there money before you get refund on your account

checked http://www.sbtpg.com they said they’ve taken there share and sent it on so i was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and if they have received refund yet . just being paranoid . any idea how long it normally takes

Hi, is anyone using paypal prepaid debit card? TPG says they received my tax refund, and shown they taken out the fee for turbo tax. No money in my account yet. So guess it takes a day?

My bank changed routing numbers so they blocked my account and said they will mail the check. They said they received my funds on 2/9. Anyone else in the same boat or have experienced this before?

Same boat but everyone tells.me.it takes a couple hours. If I usually get a deposit for netspend card holders by 4 then maybe that time just call and make sure they can see a deposit pending…

Filed with TR 1/21 accepted with IRS 1/23. DDD 2/10 SBTPG has my refund and now I am waiting until they release it to my bank. I see ladybug1 had to wait a day but it ended up coming on her card on her DDD. I have higher one as well but have same day deposit set up. Hopefully it will come today but I know it will for sure be here tomorrow. I’m glad it is almost over with.

For anyone expecting a deposit on 2/10 going through SBTRG, my account says TT fees were removed and the money was deposited to my account. Called my CU to see if there wad a pending deposit, got nothing. Called SBTRG back aand their automated line said to wait another 4 business days. Don’t have that kind of time.

I just had my tax refund deposited into my Higher One Account. Lol and here I as thinking I would not see anything till Friday.

No Credits or Pending Deposits in my bank account as of this morning. 2/3/16 1:35am

This is my second year using Turbo Tax to e-file mytax refund. I get child tax credits for my three children in addition to the American opportunity credit for my college courses. I filed a 1040A tax refund and had my previous year info transferred to my current year taxes resulting in my Turbo Tax fees.

I decided to have my fees deducted directly from my refund this year. Being that TT uses SBTPG for their fee deductions my refund had to go through them first.

I have read many other forums on this site where people with the same DDD as I having had their tax refund deposited to their account up to three days early :(. Not my case.

For the most past I noticed that if you have a prepaid card or credit union your refund will get to you sooner than later, even with fees being paid out of your refund.

Anyways I did a lil more research this morning and it seems that I might not even get to see my refund till Friday due to the fact that Higher One acconts have processing period of up to three days for ACH deposits.

* Next year I plan not to file early. I was so anxious for many nights wondering if my refund would be approved or not and my WMR bars disapering for three days without knowing why. I will pay my fees up front for sure and will most likely select to have my refund deposited into a prepaid card.

Just an update. .. I was a 1/19 never went passed 2 bars my bars never disappeared, could order both transcripts on Friday a couple hours apart with expresstaxrefund on 1/19 accepted 1/19 and had deposit into sbtpg with fees taken out 2/2 early morning using amex serve card finally got deposit 20 minutes ago! ! SBBT releases the money right away, it’s up to your bank as to when they post incoming ACH transfers. They have to go through an automated clearing house, and then bank has to settle the funds.

SBBT sent mine this morning, but the “post date” is 2/3, so it will be in my account on said date, when they update overnight.

Hey.. same thing here… sbtpg had funds this morning early I checked around 730 pst, I have Amex Serve and still no deposit my DD is 2/03.. I hv seen on here others getting there’s all day long so I guess I will hv mine hopefully by midnight. ..

Everytime I had fees taken out, I got it the next morning. But I’m sure it depends on your bank.

Money was on my card at 2pm today. There was never a pending dep in my account and no trace number from SBBT before I got the money. Good luck!!

I’m in the same boat. Sbtpg says they’ve taken fees out and sent my money. No dep yet, nothing pending. Netspend.
