I’m currently trying to check the status of my refund on this website. When I go to tax payer and put in my information it says my account can’t be found. Created an account on the website and there’s no where in my settings to put in anything relating to my refund or the IRS at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I clicked on taxpayer, entered all my information correctly and it says that it couldn’t find my account. On the IRS site it says my refund was received and approved with a DDD of 2/23. I also used TT and asked them to take my fee out. Not sure why it’s not working.

Make sure you click on the taxpayer button. When you get to the page enter your social, refund amount and your filing status. If your in the system it will say either the irs hasn’t sent your funds or they’ve been forwarded and fees taken out so forth and so forth.

Granted my name isn’t Rodney but same info.

RodneyG, I did use Turbo Tax AND had them take out the processing fee. Any place special I need to go to on their website?

Just a side note. Taxslayer also uses this site. If you have fees being taken out of your refund find out with bank your tax company uses.

If you filed for free or paid in advance your refund will go straight to you. No detour required.

it only works if you used Turbo Tax to file and are having them take the processing fees out of your tax return. if you didnt do BOTH of these than SBBT is of no use to you
