      I’ve completed and submitted the injured spouse form with my taxes… how do I calculate what my refund will be? I’m the injured spouse.

          Were you working? In our case, my spouse is the IS, and I did not work, so the refund amount would be what was calculated after entering in all of his income- so all of the refund in our case.

          If you both worked, could you tell what the tax amount was calculating before entering your spouse’s info? Of if you entered your info after his?
