Federal was accepted on the 14th and I have a DDD of the 10th as of Saturday morning. Simple? Absolutely.
However…On Friday I checked my WV tax return and I was on the second “approved” bar. Fantastic? No…I checked again today and now I am back to only the “received” bar. They took the approval back? Really?
Yep…No idea.

Filed 1/24 accepted same day still only one bar and tax topic 152 can’t order transcripts and have had insurance through my job all year my sister filed on 1/25 accepted same day received her refund on 2/5 and we both filed through Tax Act no letter, no email no nothing…frustrated to the max this year

Accepted 1/21 with no movement at all. Can’t order transcripts, don’t have an offset, only claiming EIC & CTC but can’t find out anything. All I’ve got is Tax topic 152 & 1st bar.
I’m super frustrated with this lack of info as I approach my 21st day this week. I used a pin when filing as well as entered my DL info to verify identity. Hoping I’ve only been resequenced.

Did u have marketplace or non marketplace insurance? I bet it’s the latter for most of the refunds being held. I think that Obama has essentially made it a nuisance to have employee insurance by making sure the irs holds all non obamacare refunds to make sure they had insurance all year, that it met guidelines, etc. we need to distinguish whether the people with obamacare are the ones getting the quick refunds. I think this is what’s going on.

I filed through TT on 1/21 and accepted the same day according to the IRS I wasn’t accepted until 1/25 and therefore everything is pushed back. I still have no DDD either. So frustrating especially since people that filed after me have gotten their refunds. ?

I’m definitely no expert but I doubt that they actually took it back. Once you’re approved, they don’t seem to bother with you anymore. I would be willing to bet it’s more “technical difficulties” going on. Don’t lose hope. :)

it seems as though the irs is having “technical difficulties” again. i filed on 1/22 and accepted 30 mims later. was able to view that it was recieved 15 minutes later but according to the irs they recieved it the 25th. still sitting at 1 bar not able to order anything at my new adress only old adress. This is by far the longest i have EVER waited… getting very ticked off…
