Help with 3rd Simulus!

Can someone please HELP me! My girl friend did not file in 2019 or 2020. No 3rd Stimulus yet.
She got first two stimulus no problem. I guess the first two were based on 2019 and 2018 returns. (She
filed in 2018). When I try to efile 2020 return I get error you can not use efile if you have no
wages and no refund. H&R lied about they could do it. Finally Tax Expert at Turbo Tax came to the same
conclusion I did. You have to file a paper 2020 return.
2019 Paper returns are still being opened at IRS. HUH? 2020 paper returns will go into boxes on a trailer
to be never seen again! H&R lied and said for $69.99 the could efile with a special form. FALSE.
How can I notify IRS she had no income in 2019 or 2020?

@dawgbert. Did she ever use the non filers tool back when they first started giving out stimulus payments? I don’t file taxes either and I had to use the non-filers to get my first/second payment. so they claim if you used this tool in the past OR received the last payments that you would automatically receive the 3rd, but the info I’ve read is very confusing and misleading. I wish her luck, I’m still waiting to get some kind of date as to when I’ll get my check or if I’m even getting one
