Help transcript issues

When i try to order transcripts this is the message I get..

The information you have entered does not match our records. Please complete Form 4506-T or contact us at 1-800-908-9946, our automated telephone self service, to order an account or a return transcript.

The thing is the information is correct same address for last 4 years, and i was able to order ACCOUNT transcript then this message.

  This is a direct number that you can call for a live agent, no long wait time. You’ll only have to wait a minute or 2. Hope this helps you.
