      Someone please help! How do I go about checking to see if SBTPG has received my refund? I go on their website and click Tax Payer. Then I click on Check Status of Refund (option 2). I enter my information, but it says my account doesn’t exist. Am I doing it right? Please help!

          The Treasury sends in batches so keep checking!!! Good Luck to you!!! :)

            Thanks Chrissy! I guess I’m still playing the waiting game. My DDD is set for tomorrow the 18th, but SBTPG still haven’t received my refund. I guess I won’t be receiving it tomorrow. I’m happy for everyone else that will. Congrats!

              That is how you do it! You should call them. Go to the bottom of the page and click on contact us it is the 877 number
