HELP!!! PLEASE!!!

My parents have already filed their return and it has been accepted…they had gone from accepted to the PATH message on WMR; but now she has tried to check it for 3 days and is getting:::

You may not have entered your information correctly. Please verify your personal tax data and try again.
Please confirm your Social Security Number, Filing Status and Refund Amount shown below.

Does anyone know what this might mean for them????? They only have farm income and have both credits

  IRS may have made adjustments to their account

  Means the information they are entering is invalid. what happens when they confirm the SSN filing status and Refund amount. It will also ask for addition information
