HELP! CYCLE DATE PLEASE!!!

I got my transcript and it has CYCLE 20160502(what does this mean) and next to it date of 2/22/16. Then by the code 570 additional account pending is has the date 2/22/16. Help me understand this. I do not have the code that says a notice was sent out. Words of wisdom?!

  Form Number- 1040
  Cycle Posted- 20150505
  Received Date- Apr. 15, 2016 (why on earth is this date here)
  Remittance- 0.00
  Then lists our exemption number and our kids socials ect.
  
  No codes that i can see. Uggggg

  Maybe it’s the 5th week of the tax season?sorry I don’t know for sure, but I know it mean’s 2nd day of 5th week

  20160502 means your refund will be sent on the 2nd day of the 5th week of 2016.
