            Understanding Your CP74 Notice
            You don’t need to take further action.
            You are re-certified for EITC. You don’t have to fill out Form 8862, Information To Claim Earned Income Credit After Disallowance, in the future. You’ll receive your EIC refund within 6 weeks as long as you don’t owe other tax or debts we’re required to collect

              I got a letter today saying the irs adjusted and approved my EIC because last year I was disallowed and I should receive my refund in 6 weeks.

                    I also have only 971 and that’s it! My friend works for the tax office and got a hold of a rep who told her it was my husband school and they were waiting for 1098T form. She went ahead and sent it last week on Wednesday but still not update as of yet. I just received the letter on Saturday saying it is under review. My WMR only has SSN, name, filing status and a message that says call this number because there is a delay and your refund date may have changed. Its so aggravating and this didn’t happen until my bank rejected our refund

                          So did my boyfriend and friend he filed 1/27 got his 2/10 she filed 1/29 got hers 2/3 we all efiled, except they used TT AND I USED HRB THE SAME WAY FOR YEARS
                          The only thing different is I am in school I claimed 1098

                                You are under manual review. I would say it is where you have claimed dependents and you might not have had enough income to sustain so they are reviewing it.
