Having trouble logging into where’s my payment

Is anyone else getting an errors message that “info doesn’t match our file records” whenever they try to login to where’s my payment for stimulus tracking?? I have tried several times I have never changed my address with irs or did anything to cause this. After about three attempts it locks you out for 24 hours. How did u guys get logged in?

I think it’s really specific as to how you enter your address. I live in a condo with a unit number and when I tried to check it this morning I accidentally entered “# 201” instead of “#201” and it said I entered the information incorrectly. When I went back and deleted the space it worked. So if you have an apartment or unit number, you have to enter it exactly like the example.
