I filed Feb 12 acepted Feb.13 but i have to pay in 750 because of unemplyment maybe that the holdup with no deposits MAYBE

@marlee if you got unemployment income then you need to file it yes. In CA our 1099s were delayed and showing all zeros. It even said not to file until the actual 1099 showed up.

Ah damn, that’s right. I bet that will hold mine up as well. I didn’t think about it because I used prior year AGI. Hopefully it won’t take long.

If you didn’t include your unemployment 1099 form when you filed your taxes, this is why it’s held up. If you opted to keep the full unemployment check instead of having taxes pulled, you definitely owe back taxes… I would consider looking at your return and ensuring you filed unemployment income/1099

@Ineedmycoins i been received my unemployment 1099 you have to submit that income when you filed your taxes im not sure what you do if you didnt and you received unemployment

@BoniGore how’d you find that out? I may but hope and pray im not in a similar situation. i filed and submitted my taxes then received my unemployment tax form. I can’t access my transcript to see anything. I’ll have to do an amendment. But so far i don’t know that status of anything.

They take your taxes out of refund it’s automatically factored in the amount u get back
